Manufacturing
Laser
Our Amada LC1212 laser is capable of cutting almost any profile that
can be drawn. Smooth edges and contour transitions, in addition to accurate
location, enable us to cut parts that cannot be punched or machined.
Turret
Our Amada Coma 505050 turret punch press is well suited for punching
in thicker gauge steel. Accurately located holes, notches and cut-outs
are not a problem with this CNC piece of equipment.
Brake
Our 90 Ton Stippit/Compuform hydraulic brake with CNC back gage makes
bending most profiles as easy as pressing numbers on a keypad.
Welding
Our welding facilities are capable of welding most stainless or mild
steel profiles. All critical welds are checked using a UV light-sensitive
die penetrant.

coat paint system complete with 5 stage wash sequence.
